When you’re a wedding photographer, you learn to roll with the unexpected. And what could be more unexpected than rain on the big day? But, as I’ve come to realize, sometimes Mother Nature has a way of making things even more magical, and that’s exactly what happened at Brenna and Kenny’s wedding in June 2024.

This beautiful celebration of love took place in the heart of Chicago, beginning with a heartfelt ceremony at Assumption Church and culminating in a glamorous reception at the Trump Hotel.

In June of 2024, the charming, rustic beauty of The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms played host to the wedding of Josh and Jessica. Surrounded by their closest friends and family, the couple celebrated the beginning of their lifelong journey together, and I had the honor of capturing every unforgettable moment.

Jessica & Scott’s engagement session was complete with their sweet pup Eddie. All we needed to get him to look at the camera was some popcorn and I’d now consider him a dog model.
